• This website is owned and operated by Barbara Ostlund Fluid Art.

• We offer abstract art, art products, and other related services.

• Our artwork is handmade and one-of-a-kind. Each piece may include natural variations, textures, and imperfections that are part of its unique character.

• These Terms and Conditions of Service govern your use of our website and any purchases made through it.

2. Intellectual Property:

• All content on this website, including images, text, videos, and digital products, is the intellectual property of Barbara Ostlund Fluid Art and is protected under copyright laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any artwork or images without prior written consent.

• Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to you—it transfers ownership of the physical piece only.

3. Purchase & Payment:

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.

• Your order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

4. Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us.

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

• These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

• In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail, billing address, or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

• We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

5. Information Update:

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our store.

• You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, phone number, credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and/or contact you as needed.

6. Shipping & Delivery of Artwork:

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).We currently ship within the United States (and internationally upon request— please contact us for details). International buyers are responsible for any additional customs duties or taxes.

• Flat-Rate shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

• Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, customs, inclement weather, or natural disasters.

• Physical artwork will be shipped within the posted timeframe (2–4 business days) unless specified otherwise on the website for known delays (e.g. vacation, physical art shows) or in the case of unexpected illness.

• Note: This time frame excludes commissions, which require additional preparation time, drying time, etc., and the buyer’s notification of acceptance.

• You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our store.

8. Limitation of Liability:

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).We are not responsible for damages or losses arising from misuse, mishandling, or improper care of artwork.

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the artwork purchased.

• We strive to provide accurate descriptive information, but we do not guarantee that all content is error-free.

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our website.

• We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected.

• We reserve the right, but are not obligated to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction and may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services offered. Descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or Service made on this site is void where prohibited.
