• Orders posted on the website are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.

• Commissioned or custom work will have a longer timeline, which will be communicated before purchase.

2. Shipping Rates: Flat-rate shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on size and weight. Note: International shipping incurs additional costs based on the destination.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers:

• Personal Information: We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the artwork size and delivery location.

• Each shipped package includes tracking information which will be sent to you by email once your order has shipped.

4. Delivery Times:

• Personal Information:U.S. domestic orders generally arrive within 5–10 business days after shipping.

• International shipping is available upon request; delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

5. Packaging: All artwork is packaged securely using protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages:

• Once your order has shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

• We are not responsible for delays due to the carrier, weather, or customs.
