Commission Request Form:

Barbara will contact you via email, phone, and/or FaceTime to clarify details, cost of the piece, and give you the estimated time to completion based on current commissions and the specifics of your request. For example, cost depends on the requested size, canvas/wood depth - 3/4" or 1.5", and finish (resin or gloss). Barbara recommends using a board if a resin finish is requested.

Depending on the request, Barbara may prepare a small sample for you to check the colors and design. Once Barbara is ready to proceed, she'll send you a Stripe link to pay half of the commission price before she begins working on the request.

Barbara will contact you again to obtain your final acceptance of the piece and send the link for the second half of the price. She'll prepare the piece for shipping once she receives payment confirmation for the balance of the cost and when the finish piece has sufficiently dried. Then, she'll send you the pachage's tracking number and its expected arrival date.

Note: Barbara limits the number of commissions that she accepts each year and will complete commissions on a first-come, first-served basis.
